Main functions:
- Technical purchasing of material in quality, planning and price
- Relationship and selection of suppliers.
- Control of the ERP
- Payment forecast
- Calculation of future requirements
- Storage and stock control
- Dealing with foreign trade.
- Inventory management.
- Management of incidents and complaints with suppliers.
- ISO 9001 management
Academic training:
- Degree in technical engineering or similar
Complementary training:
- Languages English (essential)
- Sage" ERP domain
Experience:
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Commercial profile (dealing with suppliers).
- Negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of administration
- Computing (Excel, Word, Internet)
- Valuable experience in ISO management
Personal skills and aptitudes:
- Ease of communication, with initiative, availability, orderly, with negotiation skills.
