PROYECTO COFINANCIADO POR EL FONDO EUROPEO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL (FEDER) A TRAVÉS DEL PROGRAMA OPERATIVO FEDER DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA 2014-2020 EINES SYSTEMS ha desarrollado este proyecto de digitalización que ha sido apoyado por el INSTITUTO VALENCIANO DE COMPETITIVIDAD EMPRESARIAL (IVACE), en su programa de ayudas DIGITALIZA-CV de SUBVENCIONES PARA PROYECTOS DE DIGITALIZACIÓN DE PYME 2020, para el ejercicio 2020, y ha sido cofinanciado por el FONDO EUROPEO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL (FEDER) en un porcentaje del 50% a través del Programa Operativo FEDER de la Comunitat Valenciana 2014-2020.

The Spanish company EINES implements a pioneering technology for the quality control of the cars in Ford's factories at European level

Initially the new system, which has a perfect integration between robotics, artificial vision and dynamic reporting systems, was born in 2006 as an initiative of EINES and Ford Spain aimed at improving quality. It was launched in the area called CAL (Customer Acceptance Line) and today it measures 100% of the vehicles manufactured just before they leave the factory.
